Removed the water/soap from drip pan and checked for leaks. Erased fault code, and performed a self run test and a normal test, to see if unit will leak. No leaks noticed after 5min on normal wash. "CS states not cooling enoughArrived at Unit, noticed the report didnt match the part, checked all Thermistors found 3.9k ohms between p51 and p52 for RC, found 3.06k ohms at p53 and p54 for FC, and found 3.6k ohms at p81 and p82 for FC EVAp, All within range, Went to front of unit, found hair buildup on front of condensor, cleaned and put kickplate back. When back to back of unit, pulled amp draw off compressor and condensor fan. Compressor was pulling 1.4 amps fan was pulling .05 amps Compressor SUPER hot to touch, found visual evidence of compressor overheating. Advised CX to wait 48 hours or till monday, then call us back either if his unit is working properly or not. so Parts and labor for thermistor can be refunded. and we can move on with further diagnosis. Send SS tech for return"

Contacted TL and spoke to Bruce, he confirmed it was a communication code. CX is upset and wants to contact WP CS before continuing repairs. I Listed out all the replaced parts that have been replaced Bruce suggested to again replace the door, or check the SAID number make sure it matches the UI board. CX asked me for the WP CS number and wants to contact them before contuing any repairs. At this point we have replaced everything to try and fix this issue.
