"Rc temp set to 43 and temps are at 59 degrees FC temp set to -1 and temps are at 13 degrees Checked amp draw on both Red wires going to compressor and had a reading anywhere between .521 to .547 and everything in between. Cx complaint unit will randomly trip the break for no reason. Cx would then reset the breaker. It can be 5,10,15 minutes before it does it again. Ive now been here 30 minutes and it has not tripped. Spoke with MR and he stated it could be a breaker issue. Called Techline and explained the situation to them. Ran test cycle and found on test 6 for defrost and unit tripped. Switched outlet and ran test 6 again tripped again. Removed back panel and melted Ice away. Tested defrost heater ohms and had 33.8ohms. Pink to white 33ohms Pink to chasey and rising Brown to chasey and rising Unplugged defrost harness and attempted to run test 6 and breaker did not trip. Plugged harness back in ran test 6 and breaker popped. Ordering defrost heater and Evan harness for return visit will install when parts arrive ; ordrng 1 Wpw10495967 (Heater) and 1 W11551372 (Evan harness)"

cx complaint ice bin was seized in the ice container area and could not be removed by hand. inspected and found that the cover to the ice bin required being removed and the lever releasing the ice bin required a pry tool to disengage from the container. once removing the bin found several ice cubes that had obrstucted the path of the ejector teeth on the icemaker which ultimately caused the seizure in the compartment altogether. was able to clear all excess ice and wipe area of any mositure and unit now checks good.

"Cx complaint that the unit is making weird noise and has a hard time spinning. I inspected the unit and confirmed the complaint. I found that the clutch's screw was loose not holding it in place. Which caused the belt to come off and damage the shield. I replaced the clutch and shield, the belt was not damaged. I calibrated and tested the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed."

Cx complaint unit will come on but not heat. Started unit and could hear clear as day the magnetron was not working as it should. Went to remove unit from cabinets and found 10 screws and bunch of drill out area where they tried to mount it and missed. Im about 95% sure screws are ran into top on unit. "CS states not cooling enoughArrived at Unit, noticed the report didnt match the part, checked all Thermistors found 3.9k ohms between p51 and p52 for RC, found 3.06k ohms at p53 and p54 for FC, and found 3.6k ohms at p81 and p82 for FC EVAp, All within range, Went to front of unit, found hair buildup on front of condensor, cleaned and put kickplate back. When back to back of unit, pulled amp draw off compressor and condensor fan. Compressor was pulling 1.4 amps fan was pulling .05 amps Compressor SUPER hot to touch, found visual evidence of compressor overheating. Advised CX to wait 48 hours or till monday, then call us back either if his unit is working properly or not. so Parts and labor for thermistor can be refunded. and we can move on with further diagnosis. Send SS tech for return"
