"Cx complaint that the unit is leaking water. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found no error codes and ran a service cycle. All components passed with no leaking. I ran 3 more service cycles to see if the leak occur with more water being drained, still no leaks. I did notice water shoots out agressively from the lint screen at the end of the drain pipe in the sink. Perhaps it shoots out of the sink on occasions. I told the cx to keep an eye on it and let us know if it happens again. I collected the service call fee by cash."

I had to use the original ice maker harness when replacing the ice maker because the harness that came with a new ice maker didn't match up and this is due to when the door was replaced it may have not been the same door in the same connector. I found when replacing the control board it had an extra connection. And would not dispense water for ice maker and dispenser. I used control I ordered and ran test 120 and 97. Ice maker passed and filled with water.

"retruned to cx home to evaluate data with techline. during diag found the following info from unit: higher than normal high side pressure/175psi. lower than normal low side pressure/-5 vaccum. as a result of skewed pressures suspected leak allowing the introduction of non-condensable air into the system resulting in high heads pressures. foudn no dye present anywhere. compressor will shut off after about 3 minutes, and then turn on again. condenser fan does run. no oil/dye under condenser area. disconnected guages and at that point found dark black watery/oil mixture when disconnecting. determined likely cabinet leak that has led to contaminant in the system and thus non repairable. techline. unit has been submitted for exhange. trade care team."

Cx complaint is that the unit is not heating. It is turning on and rotating. Upon arrival I found that the unit is stacked. I entered into diag mode and found that it had an F4E3 and an F4E4. I then verified that the incoming voltage was correct. I am ordering an element and TCO kit. I will also be ordering a 2 tech due to the unit being stack and a basement sump being on the left side limiting access. "Upon arrival i tested water flow and it is normal. CX informed me that new filters clog up un 2-4 weeks. Also, condensate on flipper mullion, yoden mullion and escutcheon. Called WPTL, temps on yoden seem good. Used test 34 to set flipper mullion at 100% power. Ordfering escutcheon WPW10553630, inlet heater W11496599 and fill tube W11484604. Inlet heater was in wrong parts map so I also ordered fill tube just in case its listed wrong to make sure we get the inlet tube heater. Cannot reschedule due to NW part; ordrng 1 WPW10553630 (escutcheon) and 1 W11496599 (inlet tube heater) and 1 W11484604 (fill tube)"

cx complaint: deli drawer temps are too warm. cx has deli drawer set to GREENS/HERBS(36 degrees) tested left drawer at 34 degrees and right side drawer at 40 degrees. found plastic bags in right side drawer that may be obstructing air flow. fresh food temp set at 37 degrees and tested it at 38 degrees. freezer temp set at 0 degrees and tested it at verified all fans are working. advised cx to adjust temps to her satisfaction 1 degree every 24 hours. unit is working as designed.
