cx said the unit is not powering on. found the unit doesnt power on. the unit does not power on or go into diagnostics. found the control is getting 120vac from the noise filter. reset power to the unit and no change. the unit is getting 12vdc to the ui. cx said something about an f2 error code before the display went out. Bulletin technique no : W11436350 deals with this issue. reset all the ribbon connections and now the display is illuminating. found the unit has a f6e1(communication) and a f2e2(hmi disconnected) error codes in memory. ran the diagnostic cycle and the unit is filling draining agitating and spinning. the unit is now good

"cx complaint unit still not draining at end of cycle. inspected unit and verified complaint, f9e1 error. water still in unit, pressed cancel and water drained out fine. ran test cycle and it didnt drain. told unit to fill and drain a few more times. found unit doesnt drain when i press cancel to interupt cycle but if i try again it drains everytime after that. can feel drain pump running when it fails, just no water coming out, drain pump feels very hot. was going to install sump asm that i took the new drain pump from but its damaged, cracked at drain hose connection. still think issue is defective drain pump. ordering another sump asm and control. sump asm will come with new pump. both parts covered since replaced less than 1yr ago. call cx to schedule return once we have eta on parts; ordrng 1 W11416363 (sump asm) and 1 W11410063 (control)"

i was able to access unit and replace both right and left pantry doors. used heat gun to form gasket to body. replaced LED power board due to light issue is still happing. tried to replace right side RC door light switch and found switch is stuck in liner. called TL TL told me to try to break the switch out and so i did and now the body of switch is stuck inside liner. TL deemed unit none repairable.

cx complaint unit not cooling. got to unit and confiremd. unit turned off and ready for SS. pulled unit out and opened system to find nothing in it. pulled compressor and drier out. installed new comp and uv drier. pushed unit back in and opened evap box. which was slightly damaged on side with hole in box so i checked over evap and found one side of evap was crunched in a little. showed cx the slight damage and informed them it would probably be better for a new untouched one for longevity purposes. ordering new evap and scheduled with office for next week with me. cx paid 350 for what i did today and will pay a remianing 150 on return; ordrng 1 w11492867 (evap FF)

"Cx complaint that the unit is not cooling well in the FC. I inspected the unit and confirmed the complaint. The unit is not making ice and ice cream is not solid. I noticed the evap fan is not running. I entered diagnostics and tested the the fan and it turned on. I then checked voltage to the fan at the control board (p1-2 & p2-6) there was 123v. I seen the p2 connector was fully in position. I removed the connector to look for damage, there was none. I reinserted the connector exited diagnostics. The fan came on with no problem this time. I checked by opening the door and holding the door switch at least 10 times and let it run for a few minutes. The unit is cooling fine now. The unit is working as designed."

cx complaint water dripping on top shelf of rc. inspected unit and verified complaint. found duckbill drain clogged and water dripping through air ducts. unit doesnt have duckbill service pointer. advised cx i can either order and install updated drain tube or unclog it and snip end of duckbill so its less likely to happen again. cx opted to not order updated drain tube and just unclog it. unclogged drain and snipped end of duckbill. cleared all ice with steamer. tested unit. unit is now working properly. cx paid 120.00 service call with check#1204
