"the unit is not freezing in th freezer. found the copressor is pulling 1.4aac when active. opened the valve. unplugged the unit and let pressures settle. when pierced the unit still had 40psi in the system. replaced the compressor and vacuummed the system down. filled to weight and checked for leaks. the unit is now cooling good. test 4 step 4 low pressures are 5psi and high pressures are 130psi. step 5 low side pressure is 5psi and high side pressure is 150psi. the unit is now good; ordrng 1 w10913906 (coupler), used 1 w10913906 (coupler) from stock"

"cx says the unit is making ice extremely slow. there is water in the ice tray. cx says they have never had any problems with ice cream melting. no frost build up on either of the evaporators. test 3 the evaporator fans are blowing good. test 15 shows full and not full accordingly. test 36 the icebox fan is blowing. test 56 shows e0. test 57 completes with no issues. removed the water from the tray and ran test 45 and the tray fills good. refrigerator temp is 40f and freezer temp is 10f. ran test 4 and step 4 the refrigerator evaporator is getting a full frost pattern across it. the unit has had the ice bucket, fill tube heater, emitter and reciever boards. called tech support and spoke with a joel. reset power to the unit and dropped the freezer temp"

"cx complaint unit not powering on at all and water standing in ice bin, tried to uninstall unit to diagnose and found is connected with atleast three brackets i can see to the wine cooler next to it and is sitting on tile floor with the front feet but the tile doesnt go all the way back and the back feet feel like theyre catching when trying to pull the units out together. im unable to remove the unit to diagnose and explained to cx they will need to have the unit pulled out and made accessible for us to return and service it. marking both the drain pump assembly and the control for return visit. cx will call once the unit has been removed; saved tckt"

"cx complaint unit freezing items in the rc section. inspected unit and found with thermal coupler that the temps inside the rc are showing 34.3 degrees when unit is set to 40 degrees. ran diag test 1- pass, test 2- pass, test 3- fan runs and air baffles closes/opens, test 7- switched unit to Basic Defrost and exited diag. removed rear panel and tested thermistors at control. checked at p5-1 and p5-2 and found 6.7k ohms (4.98vdc). checked at p5-3 and p5-4 and found 19.1k ohms (4.98vdc). icemaker was turned off by cx when moving unit to garage. RC is completely empty of any food or items. contacted techline to report findings. determined out of range RC thermistor. was able to cut and splice new rc thermistor with pre id parts. informed cx to wait 48 hours for accurate temp."
