Found supply valve for cold water faulty on the wall (not shutting off water) and showed CX. reattached hot water line and retightened cold water line ( Visually confirmed no leaks when calling for both valves, showed cx to confirm) Found COntrol Not swappping from cold to hot valve properly during diagnostic cycle and no fault codes present. Replaced control and tested unit,everything good advised CX to contact plummer to fix supply valve for cold water at the wall to prevent any issues."

Checked the Hot & Cold Water Valves to the unit. Found that the Hot isn't Dispensing Water and has a slow drip. F2E1 = Stuck Key. Checked the Start / Cancel Key. Key is responding. Installed new Water Valve. Tested the unit. Control is t responding at all and will not stop trying to activate the Drain Pump. Unit needs new Contr Board. ; ordrng 1 W11170317 (Control)

Called techline. Tested unit removed belt and same issue. Removed connection to drain pump issue still persists. Advised to replace motor and capacitor. Motor not in stock in upper marlboro and whirlpool. Cx complaint unit not making ice. Inspected unit and put into diagnostic mode. Ran test 120 and PA all steps passed. Tested water valves test 96 and had great water pressure coming out of door. Ran test 97 for freezer water valve and it was a thud noise and no water came out. Removed ice maker and found ice maker some how was hitting heater tube and pulled wire out of heater tube and busted the clip on the door that retains heater tube. Removed top panel on unit and disconnected water line and ran test 97 again and had water come out. Unit needs a freezer heater tube and door because the clip is made on to door. The heater will not clip and stay which could cause a potential water leaks inside unit. Ordering parts for return visit ; ordrng 1 W11110293 (Left hand door black stainless) and 1 W11227903 (User interface)

"was installed 04/22 The new dryer keeps alarming about the dryer vent. We clean it every . time it is used. I also had the air ducts cleaned, including the dryer vent pipe, as you are already aware. The dryer has a burning smell to it if you turn it on past something being dry (dewrinkle) which concerns me.ran diagnostic mode and got error code f2e1 stuck button. Drum light stays on. Cleared the f2e1 code. Removed the vent tube and allowed the dryer to run a regular drying time with wet clothes in it. Dryer never flashed clean vent. Unit working properly. No parts used. Left vent tube off so cx can dry clothes ti determine if the unit is the cause, or if the lent duct is the problem. Order console for Stuck key for light. ; ordrng 1 W11413567 (Console)"
