"Cx complaint that the unit is not cooling well in the FC. I inspected the unit and confirmed the complaint. The unit is not making ice and ice cream is not solid. I noticed the evap fan is not running. I entered diagnostics and tested the the fan and it turned on. I then checked voltage to the fan at the control board (p1-2 & p2-6) there was 123v. I seen the p2 connector was fully in position. I removed the connector to look for damage, there was none. I reinserted the connector exited diagnostics. The fan came on with no problem this time. I checked by opening the door and holding the door switch at least 10 times and let it run for a few minutes. The unit is cooling fine now. The unit is working as designed."

"was installed 04/22 The new dryer keeps alarming about the dryer vent. We clean it every . time it is used. I also had the air ducts cleaned, including the dryer vent pipe, as you are already aware. The dryer has a burning smell to it if you turn it on past something being dry (dewrinkle) which concerns me.ran diagnostic mode and got error code f2e1 stuck button. Drum light stays on. Cleared the f2e1 code. Removed the vent tube and allowed the dryer to run a regular drying time with wet clothes in it. Dryer never flashed clean vent. Unit working properly. No parts used. Cx complaint unit not making ice. Inspected unit and put into diagnostic mode. Ran test 120 and PA all steps passed. Tested water valves test 96 and had great water pressure coming out of door. Ran test 97 for freezer water valve and it was a thud noise and no water came out. Removed ice maker and found ice maker some how was hitting heater tube and pulled wire out of heater tube and busted the clip on the door that retains heater tube. Removed top panel on unit and disconnected water line and ran test 97 again and had water come out. Unit needs a freezer heater tube and door because the clip is made on to door. The heater will not clip and stay which could cause a potential water leaks inside unit. "Cs in regular cycle and clean washer cycle the unit just clicks, shifter activates and deactivated about 10times when sensing then terminates cycle, no error codes, Sp#W11564098 uploaded new software ran calibration and did a hard reset, tested unit and unit is now working properly,call tech line=if washer continues with issue to replace lower harness and stator. Tested multiple cycles especially the clean washer cycle and now the unit shifts once and completes cycle."

cx complaint unit not cooling. got to unit and confiremd. unit turned off and ready for SS. pulled unit out and opened system to find nothing in it. pulled compressor and drier out. installed new comp and uv drier. pushed unit back in and opened evap box. which was slightly damaged on side with hole in box so i checked over evap and found one side of evap was crunched in a little. showed cx the slight damage and informed them it would probably be better for a new untouched one for longevity purposes. ordering new evap and scheduled with office for next week with me. cx paid 350 for what i did today and will pay a remianing 150 on return; ordrng 1 w11492867 (evap FF)

Cx complaint unit just was not working one day. Removed unit from wall and removed lid check voltage and had 124vac coming into unit. Testing the fuse terminals I had 120vac on the incoming side and .28vac on the out going. Tested voltage at the board and had none. Fuse is bad on unit and needs to be changed. Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Washer will not finish a cycle. Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. Error Codes are F8E1 = Long Fill. Checked the Hot & Cold Water Valves to the unit. Found that the Hot isn't Dispensing Water and has a slow drip. F2E1 = Stuck Key. Checked the Start / Cancel Key. Key is responding. i was able to access unit and replace both right and left pantry doors. used heat gun to form gasket to body. replaced LED power board due to light issue is still happing. tried to replace right side RC door light switch and found switch is stuck in liner. called TL TL told me to try to break the switch out and so i did and now the body of switch is stuck inside liner. Inspected tested and verified cx complaint found bake igniter not igniting and broil turns on for a second and shuts off shortly after. Cx complaint is the units lights are strobing. I found the main LED module is bad causing all lights to strobe and one LED missing out of the 4 lights on one of the other RC led light assembly. I replaced both RC lights and tested unit. Unit is now working properly. I called tech line to document.
