came out and replaced parts. went over entire unit to make sure everything was in place and tight and where it should be and wire were ran right and secure where needed to be. put unit back and made sure gap on both sides was even and unit was secure. heated and wet towel multiple times on fifferent settings as well. advised cx at this time all noises from unit are from fans running and mag and trans working as they should and this is how the unit is to be. cant get unit to sound like the sound she had in her recording but its almost a match with.units normal sounds. tested and ran unit down and back in place a lot of times. advised cx to just use unit and it runs and heats great.

Referred the cx to read Use and Care Guide to change the concentration Level of soap for Load & Go. Advised the cx to not go past 4x. Started a Normal Cycle with no clothes. Tub still has suds. Showed the cx this. Cx states they will change the soap. Leveled the unit. Unit isn't moving. Unit is working as Designed. ( This is a Use & Care Call. Removed unit from underneath counter and removed screws and 2 fasteners. Removed original heater element and installed new heater element. Installed 2 plastic fasteners. Turned unit on and ran a service test. No leaks. Replaced heater element under S17304. Special Project. Unit working properly.

Cx complaint that the unit's RF burner is not lighting. I inspected the unit and confirmed the complaint. I found that all the other burner work fine. I removed the burner head and noticed the burner head layer were too tight against eachother not allow the gas to pass through. Cx is using Normal Cycle. Advised to the cx that Normal is Eco cycle. Cx does state when using Time Dry the clothes are Drying. Advised that the cx use the Time Dry option because it is constant heat on this cycle.) Tested the unit. Unit is Heating. Unit is working as Designed. Advised to the cx that this is there only Use & Care Call. Advised that the cx reads the Use and Care Guide. Also advised that the cx gets the vents cleaned because the Lid to the Dryer is getting hot.

"Cx complaint that the unit is not cooling in the RC. I inspected the unit and confirmed the complaint. The RC temp is 51 degrees and FC is 3 degrees. I noticed ice on the evap wall. I removed the evap wall and the ice on the evap. I ran the defrost heater in test mode, the heater is working as designed. I found the thermistor directly on the evap coil rather than on the insulated portion of the coil. Techline instructed to have the thermistor on the insulated part of the evap to prevent it from shorting. I correctly positioned the thermistor and tested the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed."

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Oven isn't reaching Temperature. I then started a Normal Cycle. Checked the Oven with my Meter to check the Temperature. Set Oven to 350 Degrees. ( Advised that the cx can't use foil on the lower liner. Also asked the cx how are they cooking. Cx states they put everything on the middle rack. Went over the Rack Positions with the cx that is on page 9.) Oven temperature is reading 350.4 as an average temperature . Low average temperature is reading 319.6 Degrees. Customers complain is the units leaking water from the right side inspected unit found console has been pulled from front panel and it's sticking up on the right side and sitting up against the counter. Cx this may have something to do with it. I removed console and resecured it when testing door I could see console Boeing in the center. I removed front panel and noticed that the handle pocket securing tab is broken from the handle pocket causing the user interface not to stay secure in the center to the inner panel. Informed customer that this is why the user interface is bowing. I ran unit after securing console back in the place so it's not scraping underneath the countertop. Unit did not leak at this time. I believe the console was holding the door open on the right side allowing water to pass by the gasket and then your door. I quoted customer for handle pocket. Customer okayed replacing handle pocket. And paid in full with credit card.; ordrng 1 WPW10329510 (Handle pocket)

cx complaint same issue unit not disepnsing ice. inspected unit had some ice in bin less than quarter and tried dispensing ice and all got jammed in chute so cleared ice and tried again and worked but thenn jammed again ice cubes are to big. called techline spoke to rob we cycled ice maker to find the cubes are bridging together making them to big to go through chute. we then checked water dispenser and was 16 second for 8 oz with filter in 3 times. removed filter and 2 times was 12 seconds for 8 oz then 11oz. we checked vave downstairs and wrong style valve he said and probably is seeping. he recomended new valve for house supply. informed cx to get new valve style on/ have plumber check pressure to fridge plus get a new water filter.

"Cx complaint unit wouldn't drain. Entered service and found F9E1 error, drain fault. Water was inside the tub covering pump. Removed all water and checked to make sure hoses were clear, replaced pump using pre-id parts, ran normal cycle and waited for unit to fill. Once sump activated, hit drain cycle and all water was removed. Unit checks good"
