cx complaint is with temps and no ice or very slow ice. said both sections are warmer then they should be. took temp resdings of 15 in freezer 48 in FF and 32 in ice maker and no fan at all. freezer evap clear but ff evap as well as cover froze over. cx said they have a warrenty for unit but they didnt have a service person and to call whirlpool and to call them back after we left. unit needs both FF fans replaced and give unit the next 24-48 hours for temps to adjust and see how unit does from there. gave cx quote and she will call in for repair or get us right ticket. unit will need to be defreosted to replace parts. will add for labor as well.; ordrng 1 W10846539 (Ice Majker Fan 176.48) and 1 W11087438 (Evap Fan 118.57) and 1 WPW10347093 (Ice Bin 191.23)

cx complaint units bellow is growing mold and the dispenser is collecting water. also there is a noise while the unit is dispensing water. inspected unit and found the dispenser had some detergent build up. i was able to clean it up and found dispenser now works as designed. opened door and found mold all over the bellow. advsied cx to try to keep door open when not in use. advised cx only way to fix mold now is to replace the bellow. also found the unit makes noise on the cold water valve is on. found hard water build up in valve. qouted cx for the new bellow and cold water valve and cx declined. charged cx only for serivce call $120

"Cx complaint after last repair unit still experiencing issues. Was able to access unit and found light on but no fans or compressor running. Ran test 56 no error codes E0 and checked deli ui and deli harness and checked good attempted test 3 and no fans ran. Test 4 nothing. Reset power to the unit and the compressor and fans started working. Ran 57 good and 45 valve activated no water came through line not frozen. Test 3 and 36 fans worked. Contacted techline and spoke to Rich SR#7734017181. He had me unplug deli ui and said that after a couple days if unit corrects itself it will need deli harness, deli ui, deli drawer, led power board, dual valve, and drip pan. If unit is still having issues after a couple days then unit is nonrepairable. I ran the temp calibration and found that it is averaging 339.5 Degrees when set at 350. I found that a previous company had the offset set to 15 degrees. I call TL and spoke with Austin. I informed him of my findings and he recommended setting the offset up another 10 degrees. I set the offset up. Job complete.

cx complaint unit not draininig tub at end of cycle. inspected unit and found that the drain cycle does activate when selected. drain pump runs and no items are blocking the pump from rotating the impellor. found no standing water in tub upon arrival so began 'normal' cycle and drained prematurely to test drain. found drain pump would then intermitently not rotate. removed panel to check again and found that the the harness feeding the pump was loose and not consistently sending voltage to the pump. fully inserted harness and tested unit. unit now checks good.

cx complaint unit will get down to 2 mins left on a cycle and the unit will trip the breaker and shut off. inspected unit and found 0 error codes stores. ran a auto test and found unit finished cycle without issue. plugged amp meter to outlet and plugged unit to it and found when unit goes into a spin cycle i got around 8.08 amps and when the basket got up to speed it settled around 4.56amps. called TL said with my finding unit is working as designed. unit checks good.
