Customers complaint is the unit is not cooling well. I found the refrigerator at 59� and the freezer at 32 degrees. Inspected evaporator and found the evaporator is completely Frozen over. I put unit into test mode and found evaporator thermistor shows it's open. After some time the thermistor show that it was closed. I defrosted evaporator. I checked thermistor and found it was reading 1.7 ohms at room temperature. When in a glass of ice water it shows 5.4 ohms. Unit will need new evaporator thermistor and control board. Will use user interface on return visit. Part show special order. Ordering parts.; ordrng 1 W11566851 (Control) and 1 WPW10384183 (Evap thermistor) and 1 W11581973 (Evap harness)

F0E3 overload F0E5 Off balance load F9E2 unable to drain water F2E1 Stuck key Cx complaint unit was leaking water from under unit. Inspected unit and checked for error codes. Found the 4 above. Cleared error codes and ran diagnostic test on unit. When getting to the drain step 8 found that the lint sock on drain hose was a complete brick and was not allowing unit to drain properly. Which could have cause a lot of the codes. Cancelled test and removed lint sock. Re tested unit and went through the complete diagnostic cycle. Re check for error codes and hade none. Inspected under unit for any loose hose or cut Pinched or water and found none. Also found that Cx has unit draining into a tub and that tub is also clogged and not allowing the water to drain at the right pace. Unit is now working as intended. Explained to Cx that if they are going to use a lint sock to change it once a month and not once a year.

F0E5 off balanced load F5E3 lid lock will not unlock F5E2 lid lock will not lock F5E1 lid switch fault Cx complaint unit stops running. Cx can mess with lid switch and it will continue. Inspected unit and found 4 error codes above. Removed error codes and put into diagnostic mode. Ran test 00 and the lid switch tried to activate but I was still able to open lid. Left diagnostic mode and went to turn UI back on and it kept cutting off. Lift lid and found the lid switch in the lock position. Pushed it in and now UI working again. Unit is going to need a new lid latch. Also inspecting lid and found washer lid is broken where the lid latch enters. Unit is going to need a new lid as well. Parts are being ordered for return visit. ; ordrng 1 W10810403 (Lid latch) and 1 W11259006 (Washer lid assembly)

Cx did not know about the sensing dry feature of wrinkle control and how it runs for 90 minutes extra with no heat. Explaining this to the Cx made sense because when it did this thats where is was at. Unit is working as intended.

Customer complaint is a unit's not heating. Inspected unit and found 120 volts at the heater. I checked switch assembly and had the same result 120 volts at the switch. I checked timer under coin slot machine and found the red wire to the timer that supplies the other 120 volts to the system had come off the terminal male connector. I reseeded red wire on the terminal of timer and tested unit and unit began to heat. I explained to customer that the parts are covered but the labor isn't. The unit only has 3 month Labor warranty. Customer said that that part was just replaced and that it was our fault the wire wasn't on there correctly. I wasn't arguing with the customer I called the office and explain the issue and talk to Sarah v. She stated to not collect anything but to write down that there was a labor charge for $120. Per SV.

"cx complaint unit not drying items at conclusion of cycle. cx states unit will subtract time from normal cycle despite the items inside still being damp. checked unit for error codes and found only an f2e1. ran diag test cycle and unit completed cycle with no issues or new codes being prompted. cx also states that the audible tones are intermitently not working at the ui, but as of today they very clearly are selected as an option and are actively working. tested moisture at j13-1 j13-2 and found that the unit showed OL when idle and then showed continuity if the strips were bridged with a wet rag. contacted techline. found that the unit had the 'reduce static and steam' option activated. explained to cx that the options are saved PER each different cycle selection."

Cx complaint unit turns on but no heat. Inspected unit and found it did have power. Placed wet paper towel in and heated for 30 seconds and it was hot. While heating I did notice some noise from the fan. Found a small nest being built in vent. Removed everything that I could and noise went away. I next filled a mug with water and brought to a boil. Cx stated that she was cooking a meal when she said it did not get hot. We placed one of her meals in and for 6 minutes cocked and meal got completely cooked through. I found nothing wrong with the unit besides the Cx possibly needing the vent cleared due to outside critters. Unit is working as intended.
