Cx complaint is that the unit was freezing everything in the RC. Upon arrival I found that the unit only had the issue for a short period and has since been working just fine. I found that the RC temp was at 39 degrees. I found moisture on the control panel. I inspected the door gaskets and found that the RH gasket is torn and not sealing on the mullion. I quoted the cx for the cost of the repair. Cx paid in full. I was able to set the return visit for Monday 10/30 anytime.; ordrng 1 W10830162 (Door Gasket)

"CX complaint F9E1 error during wash.Ran diag, confirmed F9E1 error (cleared). Tested drain pump, found slow drain, poor water flow in the disposer. Pulled unit out the cabinet, found 2 extra drain hose connected in line to extend the original drain hose. The 2 hoses run under the cabinets in order to reach the connection on the displser. The extension is about 14 ft in addition to the original hose. Called tech line, spoke to Derek, he said yes, the long drain hose causes slow drain and generates F9E1. Advised cx, she must to contact the installer, or a plumber in order to have the issue solved. Service covered by first 30 days installation issue."
