"Cx complaint that the unit is leaving water in the unit and not completing cycles. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. There was grey water in the tub when I arrived. I found error codes: f0e2 f9e1. I cleared the codes and tried to run manual drain test, the lid lock but no drain action occured at all. I tried to re-enter diagnostics to run an auto service cycle, but the unit would not respond. After pressing the 3 key sequence the unit would chime then the UI screen goes blank. I ran drain and spin, the drain pump activated but the water level did not move at all, definitely a drainage issue. The unit needs a new control board and drain pump to resolve the issue. I'm ordering a new control for the return visit. The dryer is stacked on top so a 2nd tech is needed.; ordrng 1 W11322903 (control board)"

"Customers complaint is the units dispenser is not opening all the way and leaving soap in the dispenser. I inspected unit found unit did not have any error codes. I closed the dispenser and ran unit through auto test mode. When unit got test three I could hear the dispenser door open. So I opened the door to the unit. And when I opened up the door I could hear the dispenser door open up completely making a second tone or sound. When I looked in the unit I found the fork tray in front of the dispenser door. I showed the customer and tested unit several times. I found that the handle to the fourth tray was keeping the dispenser door from opening completely. When I moved the fork tray to the side of the lower rack and tested unit again, the door open completely every time. I also instructed a customer that is best to use rinse aid. I found that the rinseed dispenser is empty. Unit completed test cycle without any issues and is now working properly."

Took readings off the control and were: RC Theristor-7.9, RC Evap Thermistor-17.43, FC Thermistor-17.89, FC Evap Bi-Metal-31.5, IM Thermistor-13.84, IB Thermistor-7.95. Thawed RC Evap and ran Test 4 step 5 and evap cap not frosting. Damper Opening. Did have to steam RC Evap drain tube a good bit to get to drain. No sure what data is leaning towards.
