No oil or sign of leaks. Took cover off back and pulled amp dray of 0.71. Compressor was hot and running non stop. Unit in back is does show evidence of rodent feces. Unit needs evaporator, UV drier and coupler. 2 CT SS job. Quoted CX $752.98 for cost of repair. CX wants to think about it. CX paid the $120 SCfee and if he goes through with repair he would owe a balance of $632.98. Closing ticket in case they dont call back"

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Free standing Ice Maker is leaking Water from the Top. Found that the Ice is getting cought on the grid because the size of the Ice is thin. Then the Ice that is dropped is on the Evaporator. When the water starts to flow it's hitting the Ice then splashing down to the liner. The Evaporator isn't getting cold enough. Unit will need Compressor = WPW10605286 & Coupler = W11506635. If the cx calls back order these parts. Don't go without parts. Cx paid for the Service Call Only by Card. Cx is paid in full. "I installed the ordered part (thermistor clip) and tested the unit for the cx. I stand corrected I was wrong, the advice from WP techline to correctly position the thermistor on the rubber portion rather than directly on the evap tubing resolved the issue. Therefore the initial issues were the defrost connector seperated and incorrect position of the thermistor. The IM was in the off position so I turned it on as well.
