Found the bi-metal to at fault. Per prior diagnosis went to replace the broil fitting and the orifice. upon removal of the fitting in the back of the unit the fitting has to be detatched from the gas line. when i started to loosen the nut off the gas line side the line started to twist which would kink if i continued. this should have broken free but did not. Cx complaint that the unit is not working. I inspected the unit and confirmed the complaint. I found error codes: f2e1 f1e0. Multiple buttons do not work. I tried to preheat both ovens multiple times and they both gave an f1e0 error a few minutes into the cycle. I called techline as instructed and they recommended replacing the UI console and UI harness according to my findings. I replaced the UI console and tested the unit for the cx. "cx complaint unit giving f8e1 error again, worked fine for 3weeks after last tech recalibrated unit. ran diagnostics f0e3 overload, f8e1 long fill, f0e5 off balance load errors stored. test cycle runs good, good water flow coming in through both valves. pressure hose is clear and no leaks. sounds like control issue, cx said he tried replacing control, and it gave him f3e1 error so he put old one back on and returned new one. not sure if distributor is reputable cx said he didnt calibrate new control also found its been a long time since they ran cleaning cycle with affresh. called techline to document. advised cx to run 2 cleaning cycles with affresh in a row and call back if issue persists. if cx calls back, mandatory preid control(W10920541). "

"cx complaint is the error code returning the fist time she tried using unit after recent visit. checked for codes found f3E1 water level system error. cleared code and tried running service cycle. drain pump ran then F3E1 returned. drain pump would not stop running. unit is empty. pressure hose is not clogged. sensor is getting 5.1vdc from control. tried service cycle again but it would not move past C00, constantly running drian pump. replaced sensor with preIDed part. code returned. cycled power, ran normal cycle, it filled and drained when cancelled. ran service cycle, this time it completed cycle. ran it again, it worked agian. a lot of suds in unit. called techline to document, they said it soulds like a clogged pressure hose or suds issue."

Called Techline to document, after speaking with them they had advised just to go ahead and replace all the high voltage parts along with the baseplate. Cx complaint is unit not cooling properly. Tested inspected and could not verify complaint. Found the compressor to be pretty warm to the touch but not scolding hot. Condendsor was about a 20-30 degree split. Compressor drawing 0.79amps. RC door had a significant gap in the gasket causing warm air to get into the fridge. RC was about 43degrees because of the gap in the door. Was able to use a heat gun and fic the gasket so it was sealing properly. Cx had an issue with ice cubes getting stuck in the damper. This would have also caused warm air into the unit. Also leveled unit to line the doors up. Unit is working as designed at the moment. Cx is going to keep an eye on it. Job is complete.
