Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Dryer isn't Drying Clothes. Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. Error Codes are 8:88 = No error codes. I then checked the operation of the unit. In the Normal Cycle. Dryer has no Heat. Checked power to the unit. L1 to N = 121.3 Volts. L2 to N = 122.2 Volts. L1 to L2 = 244.6 Volts. Checked the Heater Element. Found one of the Harness Wires to the Heater isn't Connected. Plugged in Harness. Tested the unit. Unit is now Heating. Unit is working as Designed. ( Referred the cx to read the Use and Care about using Cycles. Advised to use Time Dry for there cycles. Explained about the moisture sensor.)

"Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Refrigerator isn't cooling in both sections. Checked both Sections Refrigerator / Freezer temperatures are high. I then ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. Ran Service Test 4 - Compressor / Fan Test. Checked the Refrigerator Evaporator. Refrigerator Evaporator is frosting on the Coils. Fan Motor in the Refrigerator Section is working. Checked the Freezer Section. Freezer Evaporator is Frosting down to the 4th coil at the bottom and started to work it's way on the back side. When unit is normal operations the Refrigerator will not do anything at all. Unit will need the Main Control Board = W10843055, Power Control Board = W10830278 & User Interface = W11089931. If the cx calls back order these parts.**** Don't go without parts****. Cx paid by Card for Service call only. Cx is paid in full. ( Any questions please check Sd Pictures.)"

"Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Dryer is poor at Drying clothes. I then started the Dryer. Checked the Vent to the out side of the house. Vent had 3 flaps. Only the upper flap is Opening. Checked the temperatures of the Dryer, in the Drum. High temperatures are 204.4. Low temperatures are 93.3. Called Whirlpool Techline the Vent is restricted. (Whirlpool wants the cx to take off the Vents to the back and do a load without the vent. If the clothes dry then the cx will need to have the vents fixed. Per Whirlpool Techline they don't want us to install a new Heating Element.) Unit is working as Designed."

cx complaint is ice gets stuck in door and fills up and wont come out. says at times it comes out and each time they get ice they have to open door and make sure its clear. temps in range and unit checks. didnt tell cx but this is a issue with this unit and new ice maker and larger ice. advised cx ice maker could be getting to much water and making larger ice and we will replace that to try and fix issue. she said she saw things and reviews online about this issue. informed her we will replace the ice maker and see how unit does and she had any questions or concerns shes more then welcome to call whirlpool and go over. as soon as parts are in office will schedule.; ordrng 1 W11546935 (Ice Maker) and 1 W11546685 (Valve)

Cx complaint of air leak in RC and small water leak. Inspected unit and found RC door gasket has multiple spot that arent sealing and actually cracked. Unit needs a new door gasket but is no longer made. Inspected the water leak and found when water is turned to fill ice maker water come out the back of unit where the wiring harness come out. Its been doing it for a long time that it rusted out cover and has been leaking through metal. Did not see any crack in the freezer but its definitely leaking inside the cabinet. Water line from valve to ice maker is also no longer made. Explained to Cx its a 30+ old unit and parts are hard to find. Cx is going to place in garage and buying a new unit.
