Accessed evap and found the drain to be clogged, creating ice build up in ducts. Steamed drain and ducts open, now air flows through RC, the door seals properly and drain is unclogged. Upon arrival I found that the RR ignitor is only sparking intermittently. I found that it has a crack in ceramic allowing the current to exit before reaching the electrode.
