The compressor is not running but the evap fan is running. I checked the voltage to the compressor, it's getting 122v. I replaced the start device from VS. It still did not start, it will attempt to start with a buzz then turn off after a few second. I checked the ohms at the compressor (12.3, 6.4, 7.5). The compressor is not starting, the unit will need a new compressor to resolve the issue. I'm ordering the part for the return visit. I tried to preheat both ovens multiple times and they both gave an f1e0 error a few minutes into the cycle. I called techline as instructed and they recommended replacing the UI console and UI harness according to my findings. I replaced the UI console and tested the unit for the cx. I cleared the code and ran a service cycle, all components passed and it drained fine. I did notice the skreeching sound during agitate and spin. I checked the clutch and the belt is slipping leaving marks on the clutch. I asked the cx what type of loads does she hear it banging, she said 'when I put blankets or comforters'. I explained to her to correct distribution of the load is essential to have a smooth cycle. I recommended adjust the placement when it violently shakes with large items. She understood. "Cx complaint the RC isn't cooling. Inspected unit and found the evap frosted over. Ran test 6 and the damper opens and closes. Ran test 1 and the evap went into defrost. Found the bi-metal to at fault. Defrosted evap and unclogged drain due to ice build up at bottom of FC, replaced harness using pre-id parts, restored power and evap began to develop frost pattern and the RC began to cool. Cx paid $425.80 for full repair. Unit checks good"

"Cx complaint is that the dishwasher is not cleaning the dishes and is letting particals and residue on the dishes. Upon arrival I found no error codes. I then ran the diag test and found that the sump is spraying but at very low pressures. I verified that the screen, spray arms and trap were not clogged. I also found that the unit falls in the range for SP W11540964 and will need the element replaced as well. I am ordering the sump and heating element. please contact cx when the parts are available to schedule the retrun visit.; ordrng 1 W11460946 (Sump) and 1 W11537778 (Heating element)"

CX complaint is no cool entire unit. Replaced Compressor and installed UV drier. Pressure tested unit with nitrogen at 140psi. While under pressure i checked all joints that were brazed as well as evaporator joints with Blu Monster and found no sign of leaks. Vac'd unit down to 30in for 15mins. Vac held after closing gauges. FIlled with 5.5oz of R134a. Once unit powered up i checked and saw full frost pattern forming on evap. Informed CX 24-48hrs for unit to get to temps before they begun using it. Unit is now working properly. Job is complete

"cx complaint is a burning smell from unit. when i arrived cx had already taken unit down and put it back in the original packaging. i took it back out and when i opened the door i could smell someting had been burning in unit but saw nothing out of place. i inspected and found thermal damage to the mag. where the 2 wires attach is burnt/melted. wires are not damaged. nothing else in unit is damaged. wave guide looks good. called techline to document. they advised replacing the mag. quoted cx for repair. they said they are not going to fix the unit, they already got a new one. i put unit back in the box and left TY card with cx."
