CX complaint is no cool entire unit. Replaced Compressor and installed UV drier. Pressure tested unit with nitrogen at 140psi. While under pressure i checked all joints that were brazed as well as evaporator joints with Blu Monster and found no sign of leaks. Vac'd unit down to 30in for 15mins. Vac held after closing gauges. FIlled with 5.5oz of R134a. Once unit powered up i checked and saw full frost pattern forming on evap. Informed CX 24-48hrs for unit to get to temps before they begun using it. Unit is now working properly. Job is complete

"Cx complaint that the unit is making noise and bangs while spinning. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found an error code: f9e1. I cleared the code and ran a service cycle, all components passed and it drained fine. I did notice the skreeching sound during agitate and spin. I checked the clutch and the belt is slipping leaving marks on the clutch. I asked the cx what type of loads does she hear it banging, she said 'when I put blankets or comforters'. I explained to her to correct distribution of the load is essential to have a smooth cycle. I recommended adjust the placement when it violently shakes with large items. She understood. I'm ordering the clutch and belt for the return visit.; ordrng 1 W10721967 (clutch) and 1 W11239857 (belt)"

cx complaint: unit is not getting enough airflow. inspected unit and did not find any obstructions in blower housing or vent line to wall. unit is working as designed and has great air flow. cx could not find vent exhaust on exterior of home to check. I found an exhaust port that had zero airflow and cx stated that there is another exhaust port at another location of home. cx is going to contac a vent cleaning company to have vent line inspected.

"Cx complaint that the unit is not cooling in both sections. I inspected the unit and confirmed the complaint. The overall temps are too warm (55/48). The compressor is not running but the evap fan is running. I checked the voltage to the compressor, it's getting 122v. I replaced the start device from VS. It still did not start, it will attempt to start with a buzz then turn off after a few second. I checked the ohms at the compressor (12.3, 6.4, 7.5). The compressor is not starting, the unit will need a new compressor to resolve the issue. I'm ordering the part for the return visit. I consulted with SD about the repair.; ordrng 1 W11370574 (compressor)"
