Checked and found only 90v at the outlet and instructed cx to have licensed electrician come out repair to have 240v Accessed back of unit and found no continuity at the thermistor. also found the back right leveling leg to be sideways. Removed leg and found threads breaking off and unable to screw back in to level. Cx complaint is that when you open the doors and shut them again the unit is making a wierd noise. Upon arrival the cx was able to duplicate the noise. I found that the noise was the evap fan ramping up speed. I informed the cx that the noise was normal operation. Cx also stated that the unit had some moisture on the door seals and in the RC. I found that the RH door seal was not seated against the cabinet securely. I was able to reshape the gasket and it is now sealing correctly. Job complete.

I was able to access unit and using thermocoupler found 38F in fresh food between food and 4F ambient air as he hasnt put anything back in freezer. Found fans and damper to work and compressor was running at time of visit. As of now unit is operating as designed cx will need to keep an eye on unit and we will need to catch it not working as of now no further work needed

Cx complaint is that the unit is not cleaning the dishes on the top rack. Upon arrival I found no error codes. I found that the unit is spraying but the upper arm is not moving. I removed the spray arm and found debris in the jets of the spray arm. I was able to remove the debris and then tested the unit. It is now spraying as intended. Job complete

I removed the control and tested the thermistor circuit and the heating circuit and found that the THermistor was reading 2.58 K Ohms and the heater circuit was reading 88.7 Ohms. cx complaint is when unit rinces things are hot and thinks it should be cold. screens are clear. ran auto test and both sides open. unit is O-O-W and cx knows. found codes F0E2 over suds and thats it. recalibrated unit then started a quick wash. unit is running as it shiould. went over unit with cx about maybe control or valve could be replaced but with no codes and unit is running the way it should i dont want to charge and replace a part that might not be needed. unit checks. cx will pay 120 service for today.
