"Cx complaint that the unit is leaking water from the front. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found no water in the area or anything wet outside the unit. I removed the kickplate and dispensed water multiple time to identify a leak coming from the tubing. I checked to see if the filter was inserted correctly or if it was leaking. I asked the cx cubes of ice occasionally get stuck in the chute or if water gather in the dispenser area, she said no. At the moment there is no water leaking. The cx said it only happened once, so it's no likely to be a leak from a damaged part. The unit is working as designed.I came out and serviced this unit within 30days of purchase and ordered a nameplate. They never received it. I'm ordering the nameplate again. Cx complaint they went to get icecream and found it soupy and all food in freezer defrosted. Cx stated as of yesterday tue 7/19/22 the unit started to produce ice again. I was able to access unit and using thermocoupler found 38F in fresh food between food and 4F ambient air as he hasnt put anything back in freezer. Found fans and damper to work and compressor was running at time of visit. As of now unit is operating as designed cx will need to keep an eye on unit and we will need to catch it not working as of now no further work needed

Cx complaint is that when you open the doors and shut them again the unit is making a wierd noise. Upon arrival the cx was able to duplicate the noise. I found that the noise was the evap fan ramping up speed. I informed the cx that the noise was normal operation. Cx also stated that the unit had some moisture on the door seals and in the RC. I found that the RH door seal was not seated against the cabinet securely. I was able to reshape the gasket and it is now sealing correctly. Job complete.
