"cx complaint is the unit not running at all. display lights up but when start is pressed nothing happens. tried holding start to run the drain pump and it did not run. the door latch was damaged when i arrived. the part your fingers contact inside the panel is missing. i took outer door apart and the broken pieces of the latch fell out. tested both door switches. they both have continuity when door is closed, OL with door open. i called techline, they said issue is most likely in the keypad beings the door switches are still working. advised replacing control panel. panel is no longer available. i informed cx of this and they paid service call."

"cx complaint is the lights in the unit being out again and the unit not making ice. cx said it made a couple batches after last repair but not as quickly as it used to. only 1 batch a day. all lights in unit are out. unit is set to 37/-5. prob shows 42/5. entered diagnostics and found i can not get any fans to run, thermistors just show a blank screen, no 01, 02, or 03. pantry UI is dead as well. compressor is not running. cycled power and lights now work, fans started running, pantry UI works. i called techline, they said the pantry UI would cause all those issues. advised replacing it. Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Dryer isn't Heating / shutting Off after running the Dryer for 15 Mins. Checked the power to the unit. I'm getting 120.6 Volts. I then disconnected the vent to the unit. Ran times dry cycle and checked the Temperature on the unit. High Temperatures are 173.8 degrees . Low Temperatures are 114.2 degrees. Dryer is cycling. Connected the vent on the unit. Tested the ventilation with Meter. Poor Drying. Advised that the cx had the vents cleaned. Cx paid by Card. I ran test 57 and found a 01 at the end (3 test 57 run). I ran test 45 and found no water to the icemaker . I removed the IM water tube from the valve and found mist to come through , no water. "Cx complaint that the unit is constantly beeping. I inspected the unit and confirmed the complaint. I found a f8e4 error code, I cleared the code and checked the float switch. I found water in the float switch tray, I emptied the water and ran a service cycle. I found no obvious leaks or overflowing from the unit. I checked the gasket and it is in good condition. Cx also said there is a residue that builds on the edge of the door. I told the cx to keep an eye on it and call us if it continues. The unit is working as designed."
