"Fan blade and motor replaced. During replacement, found an ice dam on the right side of the fan blade. Ice traced back to the rear of the fill tube. Applied mastic gum to the fill tube to prevent the fill cycle from backfilling against the wall. Ice maker tested and confirmed that the leak has stopped. Unit is running properly. Old parts left with customer."

"Cx complaint some buttons on console unresponsive. Was able to access unit and verify concern. Found 122.2 VAC with proper polarity at the outlet. Found express doesnt respond and tough and normal responds intermittantly. Verified all connections and reset power and same thing. Cx states clean light sometimes doesnt power on and console lights flash randomly but there was no saved codes. Ran diagnostic cycle and found unit filled, washed, heated and drained no issues. Contacted techline ordering console, jumper, and control for repair and once in office will need to set return.; ordrng 1 W11690158 (wire harness) and 1 W11622500 (console) and 1 W11629914 (control)"

Customer complaint unit stopped to make ice arrived today and inspected unit and verified complaint found running test 120 in the service mode. Unit was stuck at O2 and would never change call Techline to document during service Cycle checked red and black going to icemaker and had 11.5 DC volts proper voltage coming from control found icemaker was in the dump position. Replaced icemaker and reset icemaker now return back to home position. Explain to customer to give 24 hours to judge on ice production unit is now working as intended. Job complete

I accessed the rear and inspected teh unit , I foun d that the heating lement coil is fragmented. I am ordering 1 heating element (279838) and 1 TCO kit (279816). Once the contract is apoorved, please have someoen formt eh office call to set a return date. I advised CX to replace or shirten the vent hose for the unit .; ordrng 1 279838 (element,heater) and 1 279816 (cutoff-tml)"
