I then made sure the Sump Motor is fully plugged in. Connections are fully plugged in. F8E2 = Water Inlet Valve Failure. Made sure House Water Valve is turned on. Cleared error codes. Ran service test on the unit. Unit finished service test. Reran error codes. F7E1 is the only code that came back. Unit will need the Sump Motor = W11416362. Cx wants to think about the repair. Cx paid for the Service Call Only by Card. If the cx calls back order the Sump Motor. ****Don't go without parts****.

CX complaint dw long cycles/not drying. Upon arrivial code f2e2(UI cant comm. with control) was stored. Ran diagnosis cycle could hear all functions working properly. After diaganosis cycle was complete code f6e2(Fill Valve Electrical Problem). Replaced control. Ran diagnosis cycle a second time after install. No fault codes. Rinse aid was not being used and comfirmed heating element was on and working. Unit works great.

"CX complaint is WM banging noise. Inspected/tested and found multiple issues wrong with this unit. Levelling legs were way off so I adjusted them. ALso heard scratching noise in spin coming from belt and pulley. Tried to remove gearcase but it is completely seized in place in the splines of basket. Unit needs new basket, outer tub and return with gearcase. Put on new splutch, belt actuator, motor and also replaced absorbers that were almost non eitenet as well as suspension.. This will be a 2 count gearcase job with tub. This is going to need lowes authorization. "cx complaint unit ice in container is a brick, cover on mullion hinge came off and rc freezing unless set at 46. temps good at this time. 45 and 3 while set at 46 and -2. ice is getting water dumped ontop, not melting. icemaker isnt leaking. must be valve seeping causing fill tube to freeze sometimes and water to miss fill funnel. mullion is still flipping good, cx doesnt want to replace it at this time. damper checks good. had doors open for awhile while going over everything with cx. thermistor reads 3.0kohms at 67, should be good. found condensor clogged and items pushed against back wall. cleaned condensor. advised cx to make sure gap is clear and see if still freezing when we come back for valve, may need control. ordering valve in stock. scheduled return visit for 8/22; ordrng 1 WPW10420083 (valve)"

"CX complains unit will not turn on or heat. CX also complains unit makes noise like change rolling around in the drum when it was working. Found unit is recieving 240v AC, found unit thermal fuse to have failed. Checked high limit-0.0 ohms, element -9.8 ohms, and no short to ground, and thermostat. All check good. Was able to replace unit thermal fuse with VS part, tested unit and unit now turns on but makes loud noise during rotation. Found unit rollers and idler to be binding and need replaced. Was able to replace rollers and idler with VS part. Tested unit and unit now works as designed. No further work needed. Cx complaint is that the unit powers off after a few second and comes right back on. Upon arrival I verified the issue. I then plugged my kill-a-watt meter in and the unit into that and tested the voltage and found that the voltage is dropping when the unit is running. It dropped as low as 98.5 V when operationg. I also tested the amperage and found that the amps are staying right around 15amp and are not spiking when the event occurs. I called TL and informed them of my findings. TL agreed that the voltage dropping is causing the unit to shut down. I informed the cx that they will need an electrician check the outlet and incoming power supply. Job complete

Cx complaint is that the unit fan is running constantly and they are unable to use the ovens. Upon arrival I found that the unit has an F3E0 and an F8E2. I determined that the upper oven sensor is shorted. I also found that the console has a couple buttons that are unresponsive and the display has fallen out of place. I am ordering the console and another sensor and will use the control sensor on return. We will also need a 2nd tech to assist in removing the unit.
