"Cx complains microwave takes to long to heat things or sometimes doesnt cook the food at all. Confirmed complaint microwave doesnt heat properly. Took unit down and found tape covering the back magnatron fan vent and restricting proper air flow. Also, exit vent doesnt line up to allow air to exit properly out of the back of the unit. Peeled the tape off of unit and reseated and ajusted vent to fit properly to exit air flow. Advised cx to have handyman fix ventelation hole. Removed tape from exhaust and now the unit is heatigng good. Unit is back to normal operations."

"cx complaint unit making ice slowly again, it worked good for about 40days after replacing icemaker but now its slow again. inspected unit and verified complaint. container was 1/4 upon arrival. cycled icemaker and it harvested and filled correctly but the ice wasnt frozen and cx hasnt used any ice this morning yet. temps inside are good, ice cream is hard. noticed some frost on edge of ice chute. poured some water on ice door and it all leaked out. ice door isnt sealing. ordering ice door asm. also ordering diffuser that comes with thermistors and returning with preid icemaker to replace all at same time. parts in stock, scheduled return visit for 12/8; ordrng 1 W11645127 (diffuser) and 1 W11423781 (ice door asm)"
