All appliances must have a model and serial number tag in order for our technician to diagnose the appliance. Model and serial tags are also used to verify any warranties and/or contracts for that appliance.
Most units are covered under a 1 year warranty from the date the unit was purchased. Refer to the appliance manual for warranty coverage.
If your appliance is within the warranty period, please provide the technician with the purchase receipt with a model and/or serial number on it and date it was purchased. A HUD-1 is accepted if a purchase receipt can not be provided as long as it is within the first year of settlement date.
The model and serial number of appliance must be dispatched over from the contract company. Please make sure the correct model and serial number is provided to assure that the unit is under contract for service.
We know it can be a hassle taking off work, so please provide your model and serial number when making an appointment so we can verify your warranty information.
