Customer Service and Client Services Representatives (Crofton)

We are a family owned appliance repair company based out of Crofton, MD. As a local company offering services across the mid-atlantic region, our employees are the foundation on which the success of our services continues to grow. Since our recent expansion, we are looking for new applicants to join our team.

We have positions available at our main office in Crofton for customer service and client services representatives. We are looking for positive and driven individuals who have a passion for service and desire to grow within the company. This is a full-time position (Monday-Friday).

Job Responsibilities:

      • Manage large amounts of incoming calls and customer service inquiries
      • Scheduling and confirming service calls
      • Communicating with our clients and customers via phone and email
      • Assist our technicians with logistics and provide support to ensure their success
      • Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
      • Build sustainable relationships and trust with our clients and customers through open and interactive communication
      • Uphold the security and confidentiality of documents and data within area of responsibility
      • Respond to emails from customers, clients, and other team members in a professional and timely manner
      • Document all call/email information in our system according to standard operating procedures
