"CX complaint was that the unit would not start a wash cycle. I found that the unit had a stored F7E1 error code . I was able to clear the code and ran a test cycel. I found that the unit would only make a buzzing sound during the agitation step on the auto test. I was able to access the under side of the unit and per Technical Service Pointer, I replace the Run cCap form van stock. I also replaced the actuator due to the housing fragmenting at the screw hole. I then recalibrated the unit and completed a auto test and a manuel agitation . UNit test good.; used 1 W11395618 (CAPACITOR VS) from stock"

CX had delivery team chang door swing on her new elec dryer at time of delivery on 10/9/23. CX conserns are that the door was not reassmebeld correctly. I found that the top door trim was not seated securly and that bracket was loose inside the door causing a rattle to happen as the door was opened or closed. I was able to disassmbel the door and correctedconcerns . Unit test good.

Was able to access unit and replace icemaker. Watched as it harvested and filled. Unit now checks good no further work needed

Cx complaint unit not drying. Was able to access unit and found that the cx was using rinseaid and had heat dry selected. Entered diag and found F4E2 heater open F9E1 no drain. Found that the heater wire was disconnected. Reconnected and tested and unit now operates as designed no further work needed at this time

Cx complaint unit not making ice. Was able to access unit and found icemaker stuck halfway through rotation. Verified icemaker was getting 118.9VAC and attempted to jump but no rotation. Ordering icemaker and will bring valve on return as a precaution. Once in office will need to set return with cx; ordrng 1 W10884390 (icemaker)
