Cx complaint is that the unit is putting stains on clothing again. Upon arrival I found that the gearcase has no play in it and the gap from the agitator base to the spin basket is even. I called TL and documented my findings with them. Per TL there I instructed the cx on proper loading procedures. Job complete.

Per previous diag I was able to access and repalce the agitator. i then tested the unit and found that it is now functioning as intended. Job complete

Cx complaint is that the unit is still getting clothes stuck under the agitator and letting brown/black stains on the clothing. Upon arrival I found that the agitator is not gapped evenly at the basket. One side of the agitator base is lifted up away further than the other side. I called TL and informed them of my findings. I am ordering the agitator tower. Please contact cx when the part is available to schedule the return visit.; ordrng 1 WP3951744 (Agitator)

"Cx complaint is that the unit is causing black stains on clothing. Upon arrival I found that the unit is only letting stains intermittently on light clothing. I removed the agitator and found that the spin basket is separating at the base of the center tube. It also has the enamel chipping from the tube. I then found that the gearcase shaft has play in it going up and down. I am ordering the gearcase, basket and belt/Splutch, I informed the cx that the spin basket will ship directly to them. They will inspect and inform the office when the part arrives.; ordrng 1 W11454741 (Gear case) and 1 W11239857 (Belt) and 1 W10721967 (Splutch) and 1 W10554251 (Spin Basket)"
