CX complaint: no heat. Tested and verified complaint. Unit failed air flow test in the red with an electronic air flow tester. Thermal cutoff failed continuity test and high limit thermostat fell apart when i tried to unplug it. Replaced thermal cutoff. Ordering high limit thermostat. IMPORTANT: high limit thermostat iwas flagged for quality assurance. I set thermostat in bottom of unit directly under where it belongs. I advised CX to have house ventiong cleaned out or replaced. Cannot reschedule due to Lowes; ordrng 1 WP8557403 (mit thermostat)
