cx complaint unit stopping in middle of cycle. ran unit on express wash to attempt to replicate issue. found no current issues advised cx to monitor unit and call back as needed.

cx complaint unit noisy. checked unit to find unit was purchased as scratch and dent. found dent in side of dryer allowing drum to rub. removed dent and tested unit working as designed
