Cx complaint of icebuild up on the bottom of the freezer. Found heater not mounted to the pan. Reseated heater and unit is now as designed.

Upon taking unit apart unit found new bulk head is cut through and would shave off new felt on new drum. Will need to return with new bulkhead for almost complete rebuild.; ordrng 1 W11162465 (Bulkhead) and 1 Note (Note)
