"CX Complaint is the FC is frosting over, Inspected unit and found the unit is unplugged no frost pulled FC cover and ohm out thermistor its reading 76deg and thats good harness to heater is good fan motor is good and heater is ohming good. Control not sending power to heater, Replaced control"

CX Complaint is the unit is building condensation on FC door. Inspected unit and found there is condensation on outside of FC door and is very cold CX stated unit has been doing this since purchase wasnt sure if it was normal. Also found condensaion on back wall unit is cooling properly and unit has good air flow. Ordering FC door and harness; ordrng 1 W11566705 (FC Door) and 1 W11566892 (Harness)
