Replaced ice maker per prior techs diagnosis. After repair I tested and it is now harvesting and filling with water. Job is complete

CX complaint: clothes not getting wet. Tested and verified complaint. Unit working properly except washplate had very little water over only the lowest part of washplate. Pressure switch hose appears to be in good working order. Quoted CX price to replace control W11417466 and saved quote. CX paid 120.00 for service and did not approve repair at this time. Job is complete

"CX complaint: ice coming out from evap and getting in RC. I found ice on top of drain hole in drip pan. Cleareed ice and did get drainage but was a little slow. No luck from above with a small drain snake. From below i did succeed in hitting and object and getting water flowing better but did not get any objects out of drain tube. The object i was moving is still in drain but when i would hit it, a little bit of water came through like it was being held back by object. Called WPTL to document. The drain could clog up again which is why i called WPTL to document. Unit is now working properly. Job is complete"

Evap frosdted up. Documented evap in pics. Heater tested at 31 olms. Thick ball of ice on capilary. Amp draw at 1.58 amps. Quoted CX price to replace the evap harness W11260592 and main control WPW10503278. Saved quote. CX paid 120.00 for service by check. Job is complete
