"Cx complaint is unit not washing. Tested inspected and verified complaint. Replaced inlet valve from previous diagnosis and unit not filling with water. Found no voltage coming from control to valves. Ordering control, cannot reschedule at this time.; ordrng 1 W11116591 (control)"

"Cx complaint is unit making a loud clunking noise during agitation. Found excessive play between the drive pulley and agitator. When agiating, even empty unit was very loud and cx had a video of what it sounds like when there is clothes and water in it. Everytime it changes direction there is clunking/grinding. Reordering gearcase and ordering the splutch and agitator just incase one of them is causing the issue. Also ordering the motor becuase when spun by hand, the pully is not square to the motor shaft. This could cause excessive belt wear. Cannot rescheudle at this time. 2CT GEARCASE; ordrng 1 W11550891 (agitator) and 1 W11449840 (gearcase) and 1 W11283592 (motor-drve) and 1 W10721967 (drive pulley) and 1 WPW10006384 (drive belt)"
