"Cx complained the unit shaking badly. Installed new gearcase, washplate and clutch and tested and it passed each test in diagnostics. Job complete"

"Cx Complaint is the unit is shaking really bad. Inspewcted unit and check suspension and its good ran diag and did find the gearcase making grinding noise. Found washplate stuck to gearcase and will need to be broken spaner nut will need to be split aswell. Ordering Gearcase, washplate,spaner nut, clutch; ordrng 1 W10752283 (washplate) and 1 W10734521 (Clutch) and 1 W11393685 (Gearcase) and 1 W10909670 (Spanner nut)"
