cx complaint unit not working correctly. cx stated she forgot to put downy ball in one cycle so she paused it and inserted ball. unit would not finish cycle. cx stated unit would not function after powered was cycled off then on for 4 days. cx stated unit starting to chirp/squeel once during spin. checked unit to find no error codes. performed component test cycle. performed calibration cycle. unit working as designed. called techline spoke to Nate
