"Customer complaint is strange noise from the unit. Found noise was the icemaker fill tube trying to push water to the maker with the fill tube frozen. Defrosted fill tube and adjusted temps, all check ok."

Customers complaint is water still in the tub. Found the wires going to the drain were broken. Repaired the wires and all check ok.
