CX complant. Center burner dosent ignite quick. Prior diagnosis foundunit needs igniter . Installed new igniter on center burner. Tested unit . Working as designed. RB

Cx complaint hose is crushed. Inspected unit found hose at wall is crushed. Adjusted hose. Tested unit no issues.

Installed FC door and there still is a gap at top of door to liner. Cx will be contacting whirlpool.

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Microwave is making a buzzing noise . Checked eye Vent Fan Motor. Found Harness Wire hitting the Vent Fan Motor. Moved the Harness. Tested the unit . No noise. Unit is working as Designed. Called Whirlpool Customer Care Authorization. ( Any questions please check Sd Pictures. )
