Cx complaint is that the unit is not powering on. Upon arrival I found that the unit is not responsive. I accessed the modules and checked the connections and found that everything was connected securely. i then tested the voltage at the junction box and found that L1 was only getting 35v L2 was getting 118.5 v. I informed the cx that they would need to have an electrician look at the power supply. Job complete
