Was able to access unit and cx stated weekend of the 5th cooling issues began. called for service 8/7 and on 8/8 company came out. 8/10 via came out and temps had changed from 20 to 8. ordered ss. 8/22 came out and find rock hard ice in fc took ambient air temps as no items in rc and found 8F. Found almost full frost pattern. Took amp reading and found 0.9 Amps with compressor running. Found thermistor read 20.04 K ohms. Contacted techline and spoke to Nate. Stated if frost pattern went the whole way not to cut into system and to have cx load up unit. Gave the unit time with the compressor running and developed a full frost pattern. Had cx load up unit checks good at this time no further work needed

"cx complains other company diagnosed unit and said unit is leaking refridgerant. Found unit to be 8.6*F in FC and 38*F in RC. 19.9 kohms on evap thermistor. compressor is pulling .035 amps. Spoke to FG who said unit will need sealed system repair. Ordering sealed system repair, 3XL, with compressor, evap, and drier with lockrings. Office to reach out to CX when all parts arrive. CX DECLINED EMAIL.
