cx complaint that unit had power outtage that turned off the fridge .. and never came back on and when checking the deli UI does flicker very very very slim but often.. i tested the outlet and the power supply incoming is 120.. but no response at the contorl and that board is no longer avaiable. and cx paid service fee and no firther work needed.

Cx complaint is that the unit stopped working and had an odor of burning. Upon arrival I verified that the unit is getting the proper voltage. I found that the oven is still functioning as intended. I then removed the cooktop and found that the fuse has blown in the rear of the module. I found that the LH cooling fan has failed an caused the module to heat up and fail. I contacted TL and safety and documented my findings. I qutoed the cx for the cost of the repair. Cx paid in full. I was able to access and replace the module. I then tested the unit and found that it was able to boil a kettle of water in less than 3 minutes. Job complete.

Upon arrival I foudn that the transformer that was shipped to the cx was damaged and unusable. I am reordering the Trans. Please contact cx when the parts are available to schedule the return visit.; ordrng 1 W11545871 (Transformer (reorder))

Per previous diag I was able to access and repalce the thermostat. I then repowered the unit and verified that the unit began cooling. Unit is functioning as intended. Job complete
