cx complaint that unit is not agitating.. they tried last nihgt with no clothing inside and advacned through cycle. i found when arrived no error codes and the unit lid locked and ran the unit on system claibration... i ran an auto test afterwrds to verofy all componets on the washer. the unit had good water psi lid locked and and drain no problems.
