Connected and plugged unit in and powered on. Ran cooktop, bake and broil unit now operates as designed no further work needed"

Cx complaint unit not working. Unit in new build. Was able to access unit and found no response. Checked incoming power and found unit unplugged. Checked outlet and found 120.3VAC with proper polarity. Plugged unit in and ran through diagnostic no issue. Unable to replicate issue no further work needed
