"cx complained unit made loud noises during spin cycle, after insoecting unit confirmed cx complaint. checked unit for error codes, didnt have any. ran a rinse and spin cyle, during the cycle, i could hear loud grinding noises. checked the transmission and could some gearcase oil rotor and clutch. quoted cx for repair. will call office if he wants repair done."
