came out to resolve the issue. cut into the system ahd found that the oil was leaking from the cap tube and drier when i cut it open. burnt smell was very strong. called techline and took photos sent in photos. was told unit is deemed un repairable. informed cx on the next steps.

"arrived ar cx house , and no dates are filled out on entitlements , advised cx i will need a POP for service to be done at no charge sense cx is stating unit is brandnew . cx can not locate pop and is vary rude for no reason stating i should know all this/ called office and was advised cx will owe for parts if no Pop is found and move on after 10 mins . waited as long as i could and cx still dont have POP and stating they will not be paying . moved on after my 10 mins ."
