"Cx complaint is unit not cooling properly. Tested inspected and verifed complaint. Found the unit to be about 50 in both compartments. Evap fan is non operational and evap was frozen over. Thawed evap, and put unit in test 3. Found the fan only getting 3.5VDC which is not enough for it to turn. Ordering control and returning with evap fan just incase it was damaged from the low voltage. Cannot reschedule at this time due to FBO part.; ordrng 1 W11035752 (control)"
