"complaint was the unit wasn't spinning When we went there, the unit was in the back of the warehouse. No water or power connection. I had to run an extension core. In order to put the unit in diagnostic mode, the unit was spinning on each setting. Low, medium, and high unit had no error codes seen no issue with unit"
