customer complaint when washing mat unit gets to one min and stays on onoe min for long time checked errors none present tested quick wash empty good tested with mat found unit not able to center the tub out for high speed spin mat designed to soak up water heavy in cycle

"CX complant. Gasker fell off. Inspected unit and found gasket stuck to freezer frame but sealing. Found something really stickey was stuck to the freezer frame and stuck to freezer gasket pulling gasket free of freezer door. Removed gasket and cleaned stickey residue from freezer frame and gasket itself, Reseated gasket into door groove . Dried gasket and tested .. Gasket staying seated in door frame. Job completed, RB"

while on site mrs informed me the freezer compressor was covered for five years looked up entitlements while in garage not showing anything under entitlements mr showed book that came with unit informed it was on for side by side and french door can hear whine from compressor while speaking with costomer informed customer to speak with whirlpool as its not showing covered
