cx complaint that unit is not startiung and flashes the f2e2 right away. i found the ui disconnect code. verify connections no issues connections wise tried reseting no luck. was able to rpelace console and reset calibration and ran through service test unit is repsonding to buttons pressed and operates when running through all service cycles. unit now checks good inside 1 yr wrrnty per pop and new build and ms# starting with C

"When underneath to repair, removed rotor and found oil inside. Also found oil on the inside of the cabinet. Unit will need gear case repair with 2 call count. Ordering necessary parts which are in stock and set return for 7/12. Office will contact cx to reschedule; ordrng 1 W11449841 (gear case)"
