"cx complaint washer won't spin checked unit and found no error codes stored to unit , tested all major componets and everything checked good. did find basket when spinning a little off . disassembled and found suspin rod unseated causing unit to shake . reseated back left and tested unit is now running as designed with no shaking . unit checked good ."

"cx complaint element not working , checked unit and found bad switch on unit not allowing proper vac to element . checked element and all elements checked good on unit found cooktop warped not allowing front right screw to properly seat and hold cooktop down . unit will need control , switches and a cooktop for repair to unit . 2 count for drive time .; ordrng 1 W11567368 (control) and 1 WP3149404 (switch) and 1 WP3149400 (switch) and 1 W11175876 (cooktop)"

"cx complaint washer lid locked checked unit and found unit trying to drain but drain pump not properly pumping water . causing unit to time out and pop f7e3 code calling for door not locking . ordering control , door latch and drain pump for proper repair to unit . once i was done checking unit out i tryed to reach out to cx and no one came i yelled a couple more times and left ty card on unit . cx stated son was in the other room but never came when i was calling out for someone letting them know unit will need parts ordered . so i left once no one came for about 5 mins of me calling out for them .; ordrng 1 W11583890 (control) and 1 W11458345 (drain pump) and 1 W11565030 (door latch)"
