"CX complains unit will not run cycle, unit just drains and beeps. Unit power off on arrival. Found unit to have water in over flow, was able to clear water and test unit, unit did not leak in diagnostic test, ran unit through quick cycle to which unit did not leak. Unit is working as designed, no further work needed."
