Cx complaint door doesnt close by itself and if they force the left door the right door pops open. Was able to access unit and verify concern. Found cx is slamming door which is forcing air in and then the door forces open. I lowered the front feet to with door closure and am able to get door to open and close no issue but cx is unhappy so contacted techline and spoke to Butch. No parts to replace as unit is operating as designed no further work needed

CX complaint unit not making ice. Was able to access unit and found icemaker getting voltage but not going through rotaion. Replaced with pre-id and icemaker rotated attempted to fill but frozen fill tube. Steamed and tested unit is now operating as designed no further work needed; ordrng 1 look (look)

Cx complaint unit not starting cycles. Was able ot access unit and found failed lid lock. Found control sending voltage but latch just clicks but never locks. Ordering part and once in office will need to set return; ordrng 1 W11513248 (lid lock)
