advised cx that the ticket was not sent over as an ectended warranty. i added the whirlpool service work order number that the cx gave to see if we can make it work. if not we need the work order sent over correctly before ordering the parts. unit needs new ice maker due to e5 and ice box fan as well.W11658802 ice makerW10846539 ice box fan; saved tckt

checked the unit and found that the lint screen is warped in a way that is allowing lint to get passed more than normal. found the lint clogged in the lint duct. removed lint. ordering a new lint screen to resolve the issue. will send part directly to the cx house. job complete once part delivered.; ordrng 1 W11633115 (lint screen)

came out and replaced all parts needed for repair tested wirth load unit running as designed
