Customer complaint is that the unit started giving the PF error code along with other errors after successfully completing one load. Tired to check for stored error codes and found that the unit is displaying 8 minutes for some cycle and will not turn off or enter diagnostics. Same issue occured before console and control were replaced. Confirmed outlet polarity is still good and is supplying 123.9VAc. Contacted tech support with findings. Determined that there could be an issue with the latch assembly. Ordering door latch.; ordrng 1 W11565030 (latch assy)

"Customer complaint is that the unit is making a clicking noise when the door is closed and the ice maker is filling the bin with water. Found the fill tube was not ran all the way into the fill cup, so half the water was pouring into the bin. Fill tube realigned. Found the clicking noise was from the bottom of a hinge screw hitting the top of the door, screw is too long. Screw back out slightly and a washer was added so that the screw is secure, but no longer hitting the door. Unit is working properly."
