"Fan blade and motor replaced. During replacement, found an ice dam on the right side of the fan blade. Ice traced back to the rear of the fill tube. Applied mastic gum to the fill tube to prevent the fill cycle from backfilling against the wall. Ice maker tested and confirmed that the leak has stopped. Unit is running properly. Old parts left with customer."

Customer complaint is that one of the knobs spins freely and the unit stopped sparking. Found no power to the unit. Power restored to the outlet and the unit is working properly. Customer has one cracked valve knob. Ordering knob to be shipped directly to the customer.; ordrng 1 W11204451 (knob)

"Cx complaint is that the unit is not igniting properly on the RF burner. Upon arrival I found that the burner was not adjusted correctly. i was able to set the valve a small amount and now the burner is igniting properly. Unit is noqw functioning as intended, Job complete"
