cx complaint RC door seem loose. inspected unit and found both left and right RC doors were loose at the top hinges. I found the screw threads failed. was able to replace all four screws and found they tightened up. unit now checks good.

Cx complaint unit not dispening ice after last visit. Was able to access unit and found auger shaft and yolk stripped. Also found dispenser ui display flickering and taking multiple presses. Ordering parts for repair and once appproved and in office will need to set return; ordrng 1 W11542754 (User interface) and 1 WPW10309868 (auger motor) and 1 WP63052-2 (yolk) and 1 WPW10309864 (divider)

"CX states unit is not dispensing ice but unit is making ice. Found ice auger was binding up on ice obstruction in the grinding blade. was able to clear the obstruction and get unit working again. Unit now works as designed, no further work needed."
