"CX complains unit is not cleaning during the self cleaning cycle and unit center burner seems loose. CX is under manufacture warranty per POP. Found unit to be igniting and heating up normally and found center burner has normal amount of movement. called wp techline and spoke to Butch SR# 7736709877 who said unit only reaches about 200*F. Refered CX to 877-258-0808 for more tips on aqualift cleaning. Unit is working as designed, no further work needed. CX EMAIL CONFIRMED."

inspected unit upon arrival and found temps hovering within the 50's. confirmed no frost pattern on evap. evacuated system to find full charge of 134a still present. replaced compressor and filter drier and pulled unit into 30 inch vacuum. unit held vacuum with no leaks. charged unit with 4.8oz of 134a and tested. unti developed full frost pattern on evap and is now cooling effectively. unit now checks good.

"Was able to access unit and replace parts per previous visit. Tested unit, unit went through diagnostic test with no issues. Ran unit through quick wash with load, Unit made squeel sound when slowing down and spins like its out of balance. Called techline and spoke to Andrew who said to replace the spin basket. "CX states unit is leaking and will not cool. Unit temp is 53*F. Unit shows no frost pattern but a ball of ice on the Evap inlet. Unit defrost heater is working, thermistor reads 5.2kohms. Called DB and explained the unit, who said 3 call count evap, compressor, drier for return visit. "CX complains when unit is in spin cycle unit will shake alot. CX also states when unit is pulling water unit makes a buzzing sound.Ran unit through diagnostic auto test with no issues, unit has no saved errors. Ran unit with load, unit is making squeeling sound from drive of unit when starting rotation and slowing rotation.
