replaced heater per Technical Service Pointer #: W11540964. the unit is disconnected from water so cannot test the unit for leaking. the cx said to leave the unit out so the contractor can reinstall and test. the unit is now good

unit was not pulled. tried lower front legs. could not get unit out. left part w cx. advised cx to REMOVED unit for service. do not set up a return repair visit until confirmed unit was pulled from cabient. Look(Look)
